Located on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building, the observatory has Chicago's only open-air skywalk. The 360-degree views are spectacular: on a clear day one can see as far as Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. An accessible loading zone and entrance with push-button doors are on Delaware. To reach ticketing and the Observatory elevator, take the elevator on the left side of the lobby to Concourse level "C".
